Make a Financial Donation

Financial gifts are crucial to keeping our services running smoothly. Your donations help us provide emergency shelter, counseling, advocacy, and essential support to survivors and their families. This Giving Tuesday, consider making a one-time or monthly contribution to help us continue meeting the needs of those we serve. Every dollar makes a meaningful difference.

Donate Essential Items

We work hard to ensure our Safe House is a secure, welcoming environment for survivors in crisis. Donations of essential items allow us to provide comfort and meet the day-to-day needs of those staying with us. This year, our wish list includes:

• Body wash, shampoo, conditioner

• Deodorant

• Diapers (sizes 4, 5, 6, and 7)

• Toilet paper and baby wipes

• Area rugs, towels, washcloths, and hand towels

These essentials can make a big difference for those starting fresh. If you’d like to donate any items, please reach out to arrange a drop-off time.

Volunteer Your Time

Volunteers are the heart of Shelter from the Storm. If you’re passionate about making a difference, consider joining our Board of Directors or lending your expertise to help us further our mission. Board members play a vital role in decision-making and organizational support, helping us continue to offer comprehensive services to survivors.
